Reacts with rage when criticized, even when it’s not criticism; cannot logically evaluate criticism; reads criticism in everything.

Can turn on you in an instant; uses terrible words to make you feel two inches tall

Anger is explosive and out of proportion to the situation

Tries to manipulate other people against you; lies to people to turn them away from you and onto himself; lies to other people about you to destroy your good qualities; wants other people to think you are abusive so they will feel sympathy for him

Gaslights and plays games; says and does things to make you question reality; crazy-making; Examples: “I never said that” or “I didn’t say that, you did” or “That didn’t happen. You’re imagining things”

Blames you for everything; cannot perceive that he’s done anything to cause anything to happen; unable/incapable of seeing that they do anything wrong

Manipulation and abuse that makes you question everything. You become unsure of yourself and eventually believe everything he says
